1. Agreement
By purchasing from SKYSAILHQ, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These apply to wholesale buyers, contractors, institutions, developers, and individual homeowners.
2. Product Specifications
Roofing sheets are supplied in Gauge 28 and Gauge 30 with custom lengths cut per customer selection. Minor finish variations may occur due to manufacturing processes and are not considered defects.
3. Pricing
Prices are quoted per square meter (m²) unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change due to steel market fluctuations and currency adjustments. Wholesale discounts apply to bulk confirmed orders.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders become binding upon invoice issuance or payment confirmation. Custom-cut materials are non-refundable once production begins.
5. Delivery & Risk
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to the agreed site. Customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery.
6. Warranty & Liability
Manufacturer warranties apply where provided. Skysail is not liable for improper installation, structural faults, environmental corrosion, or misuse. Liability shall not exceed the value of goods supplied.
7. Wholesale Clients – Special Clause
Wholesale and institutional buyers may operate under negotiated supply agreements. Credit facilities, bulk pricing, and delivery guarantees are subject to signed contractual agreements. In case of conflict between general terms and a signed wholesale agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
